Clauses 3 - 7

3) Pricing and payment
Discovery calls: Generally no charge unless stated otherwise.
Paid sessions (if applicable): Fees and payment terms will be confirmed at booking. Project sessions: Usually delivered under a Proposal/SOW with deposits and/or milestone invoicing. Jet CX may require an upfront deposit to reserve capacity (or as negotiated). Where invoices apply, standard payment terms are 30 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing
4) Rescheduling
We understand things change—rescheduling is allowed. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible. If we need to reschedule, we will offer the next available times.
5) Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to use the remaining time effectively. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a short call (e.g., 20–30 minutes), Jet CX may treat it as a no-show at our discretion.
6) Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a reasonable fee or forfeiture of the session (where a paid booking applies), due to time reserved. No-shows may be charged as delivered (for paid bookings), or may require prepayment to rebook.
7) Work allocation and preparation
For workshops/delivery sessions, Jet CX may undertake preparation work beforehand (reviewing materials, drafting, analysis). If a session is cancelled late, preparation time may still be billable (where applicable under your Proposal/SOW).

8) Eligibility for complimentary post-deployment support

Where your project is eligible, Jet CX provides complimentary post-deployment support for up to 4 weeks from agreed go-live or delivery completion. This support is for stabilisation and minor refinements within scope, not new scope builds.
9) Confidentiality and data sharing
We treat information shared in bookings as confidential and handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please do not share sensitive information unless necessary. If sensitive information must be shared, we can discuss safe handling options.
